What’s changing with LTC?
Last year, you could enroll yourself in LTC coverage, up to a certain amount, without completing a medical questionnaire (aka evidence of insurability) before your coverage was approved. This year, you’re required to provide evidence of insurability if enrolling in LTC coverage for the first time. You won’t see a task for evidence of insurability in Workday. Visit the AGIS website to complete the medical questionnaire.
Did I miss my chance to enroll in LTC coverage?
Not at all. You can enroll in LTC coverage at any time throughout the year. Just visit the AGIS website.
Why don’t I see my LTC coverage in Workday?
You’ll enroll in and pay for LTC coverage directly with AGIS. Workday doesn’t get involved anymore, because you’re required to complete a medical questionnaire before your coverage is approved. Call AGIS at 877-485-2318, or email LTCHelp@AGIS.com for assistance.
