When will I receive an ID card?
Guess what, Cigna members? You won’t! Cigna is going 100% digital for 2025. To access your ID card, download the Cigna app.
If you switched to Kaiser or SimplePay Health for 2025, you’ll receive a new ID card in the mail by the end of December. If you live in Utah and enrolled in the SimplePay Health plan for 2025, you’ll receive a new ID card (even if you were enrolled in SimplePay Health this year). Otherwise, current Kaiser and SimplePay Health members who reenroll in those plans will not receive new ID cards and can continue using their current ones.
