Can I enroll in PetPartners outside of Annual Enrollment?
If you’ve just adopted a new cat or dog (or they were just born), you have 60 calendar days from the date of their adoption or birth to enroll them in our pet insurance plan. If your pet was just born, your enrollment window doesn’t start until they are eight weeks old. Go to the PetPartners enrollment portal just for Workmates, and sign in with your Workday credentials. PetPartners will ask you some questions—name, address, and other standard stuff you see on forms. Fill it out and submit it. You’ll then be redirected to another screen with a button inviting you to enroll for the 2025 plan year. Click it.
You’ll now be prompted to enter information about your furballs and select the plan you want to cover them under. Keep following the prompts to finalize your enrollment.
I’m already enrolled in pet insurance through PetPartners. How do I change my coverage?
Go to the PetPartners enrollment portal just for Workmates, and sign in with your Workday credentials. You’ll be redirected to a screen with buttons to either Update Coverage, which allows you to add or drop pets from coverage or switch plans, or Opt Out of Renewal, which allows you—wait for it—to opt out of renewing PetPartners coverage.
Why hasn’t my PetPartners enrollment shown up in Workday yet?
It’s not a glitch. Your PetPartners coverage won’t appear in Workday until late December.
