Have you asked Pete, Olga, Purav, or Heather?

• Call Pete for help with CVS Caremark (available to Cigna members).
• Call or email Olga for help with your Cigna medical plan.
• Meet with Purav for help with your retirement plan and/or your HSA.
• Call Heather if you’ve used Veer and explored the leave materials but still have questions.
• Call Member Services if you have Kaiser.
• Contact your Health Valet if you have SimplePay Health.

Current Workmates: You need to step away for a bit. Submit a People Guide Request for assistance if your loved one was covered by a life insurance plan. Regardless, start your compassionate leave ASAP and contact Mind Matters for someone to talk to. 

Reporting a Workmate's death: Contact the People & Purpose team at 877-967-5329 and ask to be transferred to extension 6105730.
