What you need to know
The SimplePay Health Plan makes selecting a provider easier. Providers are ranked by three tiers: tier 1, tier 2, and tier 3. Tier 1 providers meet the highest quality standards and have the lowest copays. It’s also easy to get questions answered from your SimplePay Health Valet.
Plan Highlights
- It has a $0 deductible, which means the plan starts sharing costs with you immediately.
- You can go to any provider you like; however, your care is much more cost-effective when you use network doctors in the highest quality tier. SimplePay Health uses the Aetna network of providers.
- Providers are ranked by three tiers: tier 1 (green), tier 2 (yellow), and tier 3 (red). Tier 1 providers meet the highest quality standards and have the lowest copays.
- If you are currently enrolled and need to find a network provider, or to see your current providers’ quality tier, visit the SimplePay Health member portal.
- If you are not enrolled yet, use the provider search function on the pre-enrollment website to find in-network providers.
- SmithRx provides prescription drug coverage through a network of 65,000+ pharmacies (including Amazon, Walmart, and Costco) and offer a “Find My Meds” tool for cost savings.

Pick a doctor, any doctor
SimplePay Health lets you use any provider you want. But you'll save some major moolah (and avoid balance billing) if you visit doctors in the Aetna network. If you'd like to nominate your provider to join the SimplePay Health/Aetna network, contact a SimplePay Health Valet.
SmithRx
SimplePay Health plan members’ prescription drug benefits are administered by SmithRx. SmithRx has a robust network of pharmacies and digital tools to help you make smart choices about your medications.
Log in to the SmithRx Member Portal to use the Find My Meds tool—search for in‑network pharmacies near you, compare prescription costs, and see options that fit your budget. If you have questions about your prescriptions, call SmithRx Member Services at 844‑440‑6266. For coverage details, see the SmithRx formulary.
Premise Health
Being a Workmate comes with some great perks. Like Premise Health. You, and your qualified dependents (ages 2+) who are enrolled in your plan, can connect nationwide with a board-certified doctor via your computer or mobile device, 24/7, at no cost. Premise Health virtual care is great for non-emergency issues, or when you can't see your regular doctor.
Sky-high-quality care
As a SimplePay Health plan member, you also have access to Cloud Care, our onsite health center and pharmacy in Pleasanton. Get care from our team of dedicated providers while on campus, and skip an extra stop on your way home.
