Nope. You don’t have to enroll in a Cigna medical plan to enroll in the Cigna dental plan.

Go to cigna.com, and use the Find a Doctor tool to find in-network dentists near you. When asked to select your plan, choose Total Cigna DPPO. There are two sub-networks within the Total Cigna DPPO network—Cigna DPPO Advantage and Cigna DPPO. While both sub-networks of dentists are considered in-network, you’ll receive greater discounts with a Cigna DPPO Advantage provider.
